Hinkle Metals and Supply is looking for a Parts Counter Salesperson (Hvac). We are a Hvac wholesale distributor . You will provide clients with outstanding, quality customer service. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, identifying replacement and warranty parts, generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, and closing sales; recommending new, aftermarket and replacement parts.

Responsibilities:

• Retain customer satisfaction by assisting customers with identifying parts and providing quotes.• Inform customers on any updates and service bulletins supplied by manufactures.
• Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections;
• Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
• Up-dates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be knowledgeable in HVAC
• Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning or Parts Industry experience.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Presentation Skills; closing skills; motivation for Sales; Persistence; meeting goals.
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office

Pay is discussed upon interviewing

This position includes warehouse as well.
