Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, dependable Class A CDL drivers for full-time tractor-trailer opportunities throughout the Central and Eastern United States.

Drivers may reside within the general operating territory extending from Denver, Colorado, through the Midwest and East Coast to New York and surrounding states. Relocation is not required, but relocation assistance is not available.

Available opportunities may include regional, dedicated, and over-the-road routes. Freight type, equipment, schedule, route length, and home-time arrangements will vary based on customer requirements, driver qualifications, current location, and availability.

This is a travel-based driving position and is not a work-from-home opportunity.

Equipment and Freight

Opportunities may be available for drivers experienced with:

• Dry van trailers
• Refrigerated or reefer trailers
• Flatbed trailers
• Step-deck trailers
• Specialized tractor-trailer equipment
• Other heavy commercial tractor-trailer configurations

Drivers will only be assigned to equipment and freight consistent with their documented experience, licensing, endorsements, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailer equipment in accordance with all applicable transportation and safety regulations.
• Transport freight on regional, dedicated, or long-haul routes.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic driving logs, inspection reports, delivery records, and transportation documentation.
• Follow Department of Transportation regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and applicable safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, transportation partners, and receiving locations.
• Provide timely updates regarding pickups, deliveries, route changes, traffic delays, equipment concerns, and scheduling matters.
• Inspect, secure, protect, and monitor freight when required.
• Follow assigned routes, delivery instructions, and customer-specific requirements.
• Use sound judgment when operating in changing traffic, road, and weather conditions.
• Promptly report accidents, safety concerns, equipment problems, cargo issues, and delivery complications.
• Maintain professional conduct at customer facilities, loading locations, delivery sites, and throughout each assignment.
• Protect assigned equipment and maintain the vehicle in a clean and safe operating condition.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Current and valid DOT medical certification.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record and commercial driving history.
• Previous experience safely operating tractor-trailer equipment.
• Ability to meet applicable DOT qualification and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of pre-trip inspections, post-trip inspections, electronic logging requirements, and hours-of-service regulations.
• Strong commitment to safe and responsible commercial driving.
• Ability to follow dispatch instructions, customer requirements, delivery schedules, and transportation regulations.
• Dependable, professional, and able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to travel 100% while actively assigned.
• Willingness to consider different routes, schedules, freight types, and equipment based on experience and qualifications.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Drivers with experience in dry van, refrigerated freight, flatbed, step deck, dedicated, regional, long-haul, over-the-road, or specialized freight operations are encouraged to apply.

• Geographic and route preferences

Every effort will be made to match drivers with suitable opportunities. Specific routes, schedules, freight, equipment, and home-time arrangements cannot be guaranteed and will depend on available assignments.

Compensation

Expected annual compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 .

Actual compensation will depend on the applicable pay structure, driver experience, route length, mileage, freight type, equipment, schedule, days on the road, and specific assignment requirements.

Eligible drivers may also qualify for a bonus of up to $2,000 , subject to applicable eligibility requirements, performance standards, and assignment terms. Complete compensation and bonus details will be discussed before an assignment is accepted.
