CNC Machinist

West Chester, PA

Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $35.00

First, Second and Third Shifts available (Shifts differentials up to 30%)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for running multiple machines simultaneously
Inspecting parts to tight tolerances and quality standards
Following established programs and supporting daily product in a regulated manufacturing environment
Operates and supports CNC machines producing high-precision medical device components
Responsible for reading blueprints and precision measuring equipment

Requirements

Must have requirements:

3+ years of CNC machining experience in a production manufacturing environment
Must be able to operate multiple machines simultaneously
Must be able to read blueprints
Must be able to operate multiple machines simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
Experience assisting with machine setup and changeovers
Experience with Mazak lathes or machining centers
Exposure to Mazak 5-axis mills or Integrex machines
Experience with Swiss style lathes
Experience working within ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environments
Multi axis machining (, 4, 5 axis)
