About the School
We are a K12 early learning and daycare center located in Shunyi District, Beijing, dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for children from birth through early childhood. We are looking for a nurturing and experienced educator to join our team.
Position: Early Childhood Educator (1 vacancy)
Location: Shunyi District, Beijing
Requirements
• Nationality: Native English speaker from the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, or New Zealand
• Gender: Female candidates only
• Age: Under 40 years old
• Experience: Proven teaching experience with children aged 0–2 years in an early childhood or daycare setting
• Passionate about infant and toddler care and development
Working Hours
• Current schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Future schedule: Will transition to working on weekends with two days off during Monday–Friday (exact schedule to be confirmed)
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: RMB 22,000 – 36,000 per month (pre-tax)
• Housing Allowance: RMB 6,000 per month
• Contract: One-year initial contract
• Flights: Round-trip inbound and outbound airfare provided
• Relocation Allowance: Provided for candidates relocating from outside Beijing
• Renewal Bonus: RMB 10,000 contract renewal bonus
• Insurance: Basic inpatient commercial medical insurance
• Paid Leave:
• 4 weeks fully paid summer vacation
• 2 weeks fully paid Christmas holiday
• Meals: Work meals provided
