We are currently seeking a Health Care Consultant to serve our Otsego and Schoharie County offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified healthcare professional looking for a flexible, meaningful role with a manageable time commitment.

As a Health Care Consultant, you will help support the health and safety of children in child care programs by:

• Developing and reviewing initial health care plans
• Providing health care consultation to child care providers
• Reviewing and renewing health care plans
• Conducting site visits to child care programs
• Reviewing health care policies and procedures
• Sharing your professional expertise to help child care programs maintain safe, healthy environments

Qualifications

• PA, NP, or RN required
• Current professional credentials appropriate to the role
