Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of a residential portfolio in Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities:

Manage leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident relations
Oversee maintenance, turns, vendors, inspections, and property appearance
Manage rent collection, delinquencies, expenses, and monthly reporting
Assist with budgeting and rental rate recommendations based on market conditions
Ensure compliance with Delaware landlord-tenant and Fair Housing requirements
Maintain accurate property, resident, and lease records

Qualifications:

3+ years of residential property management experience; 200+ units preferred
Strong leasing, xhyhwjd resident relations, and operational skills
Experience with AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, or similar software
Knowledge of Delaware housing regulations
Organized, responsive, and comfortable working on-site
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
