Job Summary
Rotti’s Power Equipment is seeking a skilled and dependable Sales Associate to join our growing team in Worcester, MA. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong attention for detail.

Founded in 1995, Rotti’s Power Equipment is a family-owned and operated business with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer service. We specialize in sales, service, and repair of power equipment and small engines, serving both residential and commercial customers. Our team values integrity, reliability, and pride in a job well done.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet shop customers and answer phone
- Gather customer and equipment information
- Assist customers with equipment and part selection
- Receive, stock, and pull parts
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment for customers
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Equipment may include lawn mowers, snow blowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and similar small engine machinery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Some mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
