Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
Computer proficiency required
SAP experience would be a plus
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE")

Responsibilities

Provide the necessary leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control mining and production
Ensure proper staffing and monitor inventory status at the Plant
Analyze and monitor production efficiency / productivity
Initiate and implement production and scheduling related programs that maintain safe operations
Communicate with site crew and supervise team to maintain production and efficiency
