As the North America Head of Liquidity & Accounts Product Solution Specialists and Commercialization, you lead end-to-end growth, solution strategy, and delivery execution for corporate and non-bank financial institution clients. You define regional blueprints and commercialization plans, partner across Sales, Product, and the Corporate Bank, and combine traditional and next-generation capabilities to strengthen the firm's leadership in liquidity and account management.
 

Job responsibilities

• Lead the regional Liquidity & Accounts penetration and commercialization strategy, set growth objectives, and deliver adoption, revenue growth, margin expansion, cross-sell, and wallet share gains while coordinating cross-region and cross-line-of-business opportunities, including Trade and Merchant Services
• Lead the North America specialist team, establish the coverage model and book of work, drive enablement programs aligned to client buying and usage behaviors, and deliver balance and revenue plans by sector and country cluster
• Partner with corporate bankers and Payments Sales to identify and target opportunities and expand liquidity wallet share across regions
• Serve as senior sponsor for priority client and prospect engagements, shape global RFP responses and C-suite pitches, and design compliant account architectures supporting automated funding, cash extraction, payout, and settlement flows across global markets
• Apply end-to-end liquidity and account structuring expertise and corporate regulatory knowledge, including third-party money considerations, to influence the product roadmap using voice of customer, data, and digital trends
• Serve as the North America market expert on regulations and trends affecting funding automation, pooling, cash extraction, and settlements; embed strong risk and control practices; proactively identify, escalate, and remediate issues; and maintain audit and regulatory readiness across jurisdictions
• Elevate market presence through client and industry engagement, including events, seminars, webinars, presentations, and local initiatives, while monitoring competition, the economy, regulation, and client behavior to provide thought leadership and accelerate platform transformation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, with advanced credentials 
• 10+ years of experience in liquidity management and payment solutions, including applied experience in leadership roles and client-facing product or sales leadership across mid-cap and large-cap corporates in North America
• Deep structuring expertise and regulatory literacy, including third-party money considerations and intercompany or merchant settlement flows, with awareness of domestic and international tax and accounting implications from the client's perspective
• Strong knowledge of market and industry trends and technological advancements, including virtual accounts, blockchain, and data-driven solutions, with the ability to translate these developments into innovation and commercialization impact in North America
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience within large, cross-functional organizations, with a track record of setting strategy, building teams, and delivering revenue and platform outcomes in complex, regulated environments
• Strong understanding of the regulatory and control environment, with demonstrated ability to identify, escalate, and remediate risk and maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance by market
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at the C-suite level, translate complex structures into clear and outcome-oriented narratives, and execute efficiently at regional scale
