Description: Local BR differs. Collaborates with key stakeholders in developing solutions. Demonstrates critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills. Shows decisive judgment and the ability to work independently. Applies knowledge of professional practice and regulatory requirements. Works in a demanding environment and organizes multiple priorities. Completes work duties within expected timelines and requirements. Has computer and required technology proficiency. Communicates effectively and efficiently using professional verbal and written skills. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution abilities, and customer service skills. Maintains a commitment to ongoing professional development. Demonstrates the ability to educate others and engage in public speaking. Can develop training materials and competency assessments. Designs treatment protocols based on evidence-based practice. Analyzes clinical practice and workflow to identify best practices. Solves complex problems within and outside the department. Evaluates data and information from multiple sources. Ability to perform physical activities and meet job-specific requirements.
