We Offer:

· Repair Service Advocate level position available for candidates to get started with a financially rewarding career path

· Full time 45-to-48-hour Monday thru Friday work week

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

· Prior automotive experience a plus

· Candidates must have a stable work history

· Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday

· Possess strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to follow all processes and procedures mandatory to the Genesis experience

· Ability to discuss all levels of repairs to the customer confidently

· Ability to perform all levels of Warranty administration for the customer accurately

· Ability to manage a team of assigned technicians and their tasks

· Ability to impressively adapt and overcome repair work deadline obstacles

· Create a streamline customer experience using displayed leadership qualities

· Create a personal customer base and industry leading retention through world class practices
