Incentive Package

• Up to $200,000 Base Salary
• 21% – 23% Production
• $50K – $75K Sign-On Bonus
• $5K Annual CE Allowance
• Path to Growth: Medical Director role or equity/joint venture opportunity
• DEA, AVMA, VIN, state license, and PLIT fees — fully paid

The Opportunity

• Provide medical leadership and ensure the highest standards of care
• Mentor and manage associate veterinarians
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold veterinary ethics
• Partner with the Hospital Manager on financial performance
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgetsOversee staff and overall hospital operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a DVM
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
• Active Florida veterinary license in good standing
• Commitment to high-quality medicine and the veterinary code of ethics
• Leadership mindset with strong communication skills
