Experienced Roller OperatorRummel Construction is seeking an experienced Knock Down and Finish Roller Operator. You should have experience working on paving projects and have the ability to work safely at all times. This is a safety sensitive position that is responsible for operating heavy construction equipment with knowledge of hazards, safety precautions, awareness, and of paving for a variety of projects.You'll be working with scores of experienced operators who put safety first and work together to meet the day's goals. We take pride in taking care of our equipment and making sure our employees are set up to be successful. We typically work Monday-Friday, though some project schedules may require weekend work.Minimum qualification, knowledge, and experience:Get off and on equipment using 3 points of contactConduct daily routine inspections on assigned equipment and report defects to supervisorsWork safely in all weather conditions (hot, humid, cold, wet, etc.)Approx. 3+ years' experience in the construction industry preferredExperience in paving and heavy construction with knowledge of paving a variety of projectsMust be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
