Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, counseling, and delivering evidence-based interventions to students
• Strong collaboration and consultation skills for working with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient with IEP development, progress monitoring, and special education compliance

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and support services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to design appropriate academic and behavioral interventions
• Facilitate crisis intervention and participate in school-wide initiatives fostering a safe and positive learning environment
