Registered Dental HygienistAn established, growing private dental practice is seeking a patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a newer graduate looking to grow your career, you'll be joining a practice committed to providing exceptional patient care while supporting your professional development.What You'll Do:Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments.Provide routine and periodontal cleanings.Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.Perform periodontal charting and risk assessments.Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.Assist in identifying restorative and periodontal treatment needs.Maintain accurate clinical documentation.Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA guidelines.Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience.What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate is someone who:Genuinely enjoys helping patients improve their oral health.Builds trust and rapport with patients of all ages.Works well within a collaborative team environment.Has excellent communication skills.Is dependable, organized, and professional.Takes initiative and maintains a positive attitude.Enjoys learning and continuing to grow clinically.Qualifications:Required:Current Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist license.Local anesthesia certification (if applicable under state regulations).CPR/BLS certification.Strong communication and patient education skills.Preferred:Previous private practice experience.Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional patient care.Schedule:Flexible scheduling options are available for both full-time and part-time candidates.
