Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location: Scottsdale, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Pay: $22.63/hour if Spanish Bilingual • Schedule: Must be fully available for a shift between 6am–10pm, including at least one weekend day per week - Training 10am- 7pm CST • Employment Type: Long-term temporary • Start Date: September 14th ROLE IMPACT The Customer Service Representative helps customers in real time through phone calls, emails and chats, providing quick and accurate answers about their accounts. This role ensures a smooth and positive experience by resolving customer questions efficiently and clearly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Respond to customer inquiries regarding online accounts • Use internal systems to research customer issues and process updates or changes • Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all written communication • Assist with email responses and phone support MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English • 2+ years of experience in a call center role • Strong written communication and reading comprehension skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently • Commitment to long-term engagement in the role • Live chat and messaging platforms • Microsoft Outlook / Office Suite • CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar) • Experience with event ticketing systems or e-commerce platforms • Familiarity with remote customer support tools and workflows • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
