Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring that the needs of the patients are met during their stay.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patient health.
Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience

Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and demonstrate expertise in patient care.

Certifications / Licensure

Valid state nursing license (RN or LPN) required.
