Our client, an elite global law firm with a leading patent litigation practice representing top technology companies, is looking for a mid- to senior-level Patent Litigation Associate to manage complex patent and trade secret matters for its San Francisco or Washington, DC office. **The Role** – Manage patent litigation case strategy including contentions, Markman proceedings, and written and oral fact and expert discovery Work directly with partners and clients on cutting-edge technology disputes involving major tech companies Collaborate with engineers and developers to translate complex technical issues into litigation strategy What You’ll Need – 3+ years of patent litigation experience A technology-related degree (engineering, applied physics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent) plus a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active U.S. bar membership #J-18808-Ljbffr Transition Global
