Under limited supervision, supervises plans and directs the activities of the District in order to ensure the proper administration of District operating functions, including Informational Technology, Student Transportation Services, Facility Services, Maintenance Services, Security and Disaster Preparedness Services. Minimum Education and Training

- Attends and participates in board committee meetings, executive team, and routine board meetings.
- Reviews all travel and approves budget for travel.
- Oversees ERP development and implementation.
- Administers the assigned functions of the district so that they are maintained in accordance with the state law, board policies, and sound business principals.
- Assists the superintendent in maximizing efforts to achieve the goals and objectives of the budget and operations areas and the school district in general.
- Recommends policy direction to the superintendent and the board of commissioners as appropriate to effectively facilitate the budget and operational affairs of the school district.
- Serves on the superintendent's administrative cabinet and participates in meetings of the board of commissioners as assigned by the superintendent.
