Assistant Principal: Elementary

The Caledonia-Mumford Central School District is seeking a dedicated, student-centered Elementary Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. This is an 11-month position, reporting directly to the Elementary Principal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for fostering a positive school culture, supporting instructional excellence, and ensuring the academic and social-emotional growth of all students.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting the Principal in the day-to-day management of the school.
- Supporting teachers and staff in delivering high-quality, standards-based instruction.
- Leading initiatives to promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Overseeing student discipline, attendance, and behavior support programs.
- Collaborating with families, staff, and community partners to strengthen student success.
- Supporting professional development for staff.
