*Position:* Full-Time (40 hours/week)
*Salary:* $40,000–$48,000 annually (based on experience)

We provide the support and guidance needed to become licensed so you can transition from behind the chair into a rewarding career educating future beauty professionals.

What You'll Do

* Coach, mentor, and inspire cosmetology students throughout their education.
* Teach both classroom and hands-on clinic instruction.
* Demonstrate professional techniques, salon best practices, and industry standards.
* Help students develop technical skills, professionalism, retail sales, guest service, goal setting, and career readiness.
* Monitor student progress and provide additional coaching when needed.
* Record grades and maintain accurate student records.
* Prepare classrooms and clinic floor learning experiences.
* Collaborate with Student Services and leadership to support student success.
* Participate in continuing education and professional development.
* Foster a positive, supportive, and professional learning environment.

QualificationsRequired

* Current Minnesota Cosmetology License.
* Passion for mentoring and developing future beauty professionals.
* Strong technical and communication skills.
* Professional attitude with a desire to make a positive impact.

Preferred

* Minnesota Cosmetology Instructor License.
* Previous teaching, coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience.
