Role Summary We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building products, solving problems, and continuously learning. You’ll work closely with the CTO, Product team, and other engineers to build and improve software used by financial advisors every day. This role combines hands-on development, product collaboration, and ownership of meaningful features and projects. What You’ll Do Build what matters Design, implement, and maintain product features with a focus on usability, reliability, and quality. You’re Likely a Great Fit If You… Have 4+ years of professional software development experience Have experience in a startup, small-team, or entrepreneurial environment where ownership, initiative, and adaptability were expected (strongly preferred) Have shipped and maintained production software Have owned features from implementation through deployment Enjoy solving problems and taking ownership of outcomes Care about code quality, maintainability, and thoughtful engineering Use AI development tools as part of your workflow Communicate clearly and collaborate well with others Are comfortable working across the stack and learning new technologies as needed Proactively look for ways to improve the product, team, and engineering practices Thrive in small teams where flexibility, initiative, and continuous learning are valued Some Fine Print Salary range: $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience Competitive benefits Fully remote within the U.S. Primarily Pacific Time working hours Tech stack: React, Mantine/Tailwind, Java/Kotlin, and Postgres Reports directly to the CTO
