Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Schedule

This position follows a 5x8.0 schedule: Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.

Job Description

The Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist will evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans per the patient's needs and physician directives. This role includes conducting comprehensive evaluations, creating individualized treatment programs, and ensuring patient education regarding their conditions and treatments. Responsibilities also encompass documentation, compliance with safety and quality standards, and participation in student training programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Document care accurately and timely, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct patient education sessions for individuals and families.
• Participate in student mentorship and educational programs.
• Engage in professional development and continuing education.
• Uphold all safety and compliance standards within the clinic.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Specialization in pelvic health is mandatory.
