Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience (hotel/luxury/lifestyle a plus). A post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Wine certification preferred (WSET, CMS, etc.). WA State Food Handler and MAST Permits required or obtainable. Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Confident leader and communicator. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation. About us...
