Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric inpatient care at a busy hospital setting
• Collaborate with neonatal and pediatric teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Participate in on-call rotations, as required
• Support family-centered care and communicate effectively with patients' families

What You Need

Required:

• Valid medical license in California
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Pediatric hospitalist experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and compassion

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in a hospital setting in California
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
