Compensation:

$1,500 Sign on Bonus*

1st Shift Schedule:

This position is for 1st shift.

Monday Friday 7:00AM 3:30PM

Overtime available on a business need basis.

What You Will Do:

You will ensure materials are readily available at workstations to prevent production delays.

You will identify and remove waste from the production process, contributing to efficiency.

You will manage the timely flow of information, including Kanban cards and status boards, to ensure proper material supply and production flow.

You will replenish tools and equipment, and potentially assist with changeovers.

You will demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.

You will accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions.

You will be responsible for quality product standards with no defects.

You will ensure creation of parts meet customer deadlines and expectations.

You will comply with applicable elements of quality systems.

You will participate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events as required.

You will participate in audits.

You will acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.

You will maintain materials, equipment, and work area in clean and orderly condition.

You will comply with all rules and regulations of RTX, including, but not limited to: Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, International Trade Compliance, and Human Resources.

You will examine methods and results for conformance to standards and reinstruct as required.

You will report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards.

You will perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
