ROLE DESCRIPTION: Alita Ameneyro Insurance Agency, Inc. is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in social media content creation.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Support the Agent in an administrative/assistant role.
• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be willing and able to obtain an insurance license within 30 days - because we believe in empowering our team with the knowledge and expertise to best serve our customers. We're offering a sign-on bonus of up to $500 after licensing completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in soft sales conversations.
• Strong computer a typing skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
