Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Assistant role is based at Saks Fifth Avenue in Fifth Avenue Club. The Assistant will support store leadership and sales teams with daily operational tasks, including organizing merchandise, maintaining club presentation standards, and supporting the Club Stylist. The role will also involve providing attentive customer support helping with fitting room coordination, and facilitating smooth customer transactions by collaborating with Club Management and staff. The Assistant will handle administrative tasks such as scheduling support, preparing basic reports, and managing correspondence or documentation as needed. This role requires consistent collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure an efficient, service‑focused, and brand‑aligned store environment. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients in a professional, welcoming, and inclusive manner. Solid organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment. Comfort with basic technology, including point‑of‑sale systems, inventory tools, and common office software.
