Permanent Nurse Practitioner Opportunity Outpatient Urgent Care | Community-Based Practice | Texas

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a privately owned outpatient clinic in Texas. This permanent opportunity offers a collaborative, family-oriented environment, manageable patient volumes, and the autonomy of solo practice with strong on-site support.

Position Details:

Job Type: Permanent
Specialty: Family Medicine / Urgent Care / Emergency Care
Provider Type: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Experience Required: 3+ years preferred
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Supervising Physician: Solo provider model with collaborative feedback encouraged

Practice Environment Setting: Outpatient clinic only

Patient Population: Community-based, family-oriented

Age Range Treated: All ages (6 months and older)

Average Daily Volume: 2535 patients per day

Exam Rooms: 5

EMR: AdvanceMD

Support Staff: Front Desk Receptionist Medical Assistant

Work Style: Independent provider with collaborative culture

Schedule & Coverage:

Start Date: Flexible / ASAP
Schedule: 34 days per week
Week 1: 3 days
Week 2: 4 days (Sunday is the 4th day)
Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
Weekend Coverage: Alternating weekends
Sunday shifts are 6 hours

Credentialing & Licensure:

State License: Texas
Credentialing Timeline: ASAP
Needs to live within 45 miles

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive compensation and benefits package offered. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
