As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email and CRM software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
