Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid RBT certification required

• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and group ABA interventions under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide support across classroom and school environments to foster student growth and independence
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions
• Communicate regularly with supervising clinicians, teachers, and caregivers
