Install and repair floor drains, cleanouts, and related commercial drainage components? Install and maintain roof drains and associated piping (PVC and cast iron)? Install and service a wide range of plumbing fixtures including toilets, urinals, sinks, mop/floor sinks, water heaters, and more? Perform drain cleaning (cabling), operate diagnostic cameras, and use jetters for clearing tough blockages? Work confidently and safely, either independently or as part of a skilled team? What We’re Looking For (Senior-Level Role) Qualifications: 8–10+ years of commercial plumbing experience required Strong technical proficiency in installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance Experience working on large commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities Ability to read blueprints, interpret specs, and ensure high‑quality workmanship Valid Driver’s License Journeyman License strongly preferred (not required) Backflow Certification preferred This is a role for an experienced professional who can step onto a jobsite, take the lead, solve problems, and deliver exceptional results with minimal oversight.
