About the Position

AnthroMed Education is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Rochester, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. We welcome clinicians at all experience levels, including Clinical Fellows, who are seeking a supportive school environment, strong mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.

In this role, you'll support students with a variety of communication needs while collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Whether you're an experienced school-based clinician or preparing for your Clinical Fellowship year, you'll receive ongoing support and resources to help you succeed.

Speech-Language Pathologist Support & Community

• Ongoing 1:1 clinical support from our SLP Clinical Support team.
• Bi-weekly SLP team meetings focused on collaboration, mentorship, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• PELSB Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for supporting student success and educational outcomes.
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary of $65,000-$75,000, based on experience.
