Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role Overview The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient advocacy and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care following policies and documentation standards. Address patient and family concerns, educate on health issues, and promote patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction. Engage in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals for quality and safety. Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and participation in professional organizations. Mentor fellow nurses, foster a positive work environment, and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to organizational policies and codes of conduct. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor of Nursing degree. Licenses and certifications including RN license, BLS, ACLS, and appropriate state or multi-state licensure.
