Auto Technician (2nd Shift)-$4,000-$6,000 Bonus

We’re looking for automotive mechanics with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience to join us at Carvana. Responsibilities Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work. Diagnose and repair advanced electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles. Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and climate control systems such as ACs and heater cores. Schedule and Overtime Employees may be required to work mandatory overtime based on business needs. Availability for overtime as requested is expected. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience; entry‑level positions require at least 6 months. Ability to perform repairs on all makes and models, including heavy engine work. Experience diagnosing and repairing advanced electrical systems, including electric and hybrid vehicles. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment and in varying weather conditions (heat/cold). Must use safety equipment such as face shields or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
