In this position, you will influence both our candidates and our clients by finding the right people for the right jobs. The role requires you to contact and speak with several candidates throughout the day, so you must be comfortable talking on the phone. This position will be 100% in office, and the candidate will need to be local to the Virginia Beach, VA area! Responsibilities: Identify qualified candidates through numerous recruiting tools Facilitate phone screens, analyze responses, and confirm that candidate qualifications meet our client’s requirements and responsibilities Prepare candidate submittal requirements, background checks, drug testing, and orientation to secure a start date for the client Consistently maintain, clean, and update candidate tracking systems Grow relationships with candidates and obtain referrals to build your network Maintain contact with job candidates and deliver constructive and appropriate feedback as needed Aid Lead Recruiters and/or Account Managers with recruiting, screening, badges, start sheets, etc. as needed Do you have the following?
