Client Service Associate

We are growing and seeking a Client Service Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be a key part of our team, ensuring every client interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care. You will serve as an essential member of our client service team, partnering closely with Lead Advisors, Associate Advisors, and our Investment team members to ensure every client receives thoughtful, timely, and personalized support. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will help strengthen long-term client relationships and contribute to the continued success of our firm. WHAT YOU WILL DO Client Relationship Management – Build lasting client relationships through responsive, personalized service and consistent communication while helping ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Client Account Support – Process client service requests, including account updates, money movement, account maintenance, and client documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Client Onboarding – Coordinate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring every step is handled professionally and efficiently. Advisor & Team Collaboration – Partner closely with Lead Advisors, Associate Advisors, and Investment team members to complete client requests and deliver a seamless client experience. Technology & Systems – Leverage industry-leading technology, including Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, and Microsoft Office, to organize client information, support advisors, and streamline workflows. Reporting & Special Projects – Prepare reports and assist with quarterly, annual, and firm-wide projects that support the continued success of the business. Problem Solving – Proactively identify solutions to client needs, anticipate potential issues, and help resolve requests with professionalism and care. Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation meets firm and regulatory compliance standards.
