Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Straight 48-hour weeks or alternating 36/48-hour weeks considered

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry observation and medical-surgical intervention
• Float to other Med/Surg and Telemetry units as assigned based on facility need
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry setting
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Must be willing to float to other Med/Surg and Telemetry units as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
• Familiarity with travel contract compliance requirements and documentation processes
