Healthcare Investment Banking Director PegasusICS is a Chicago‑based middle‑market investment bank that seeks a highly motivated, experienced banker to grow its healthcare practice. The candidate will lead transactions, conduct new business development, and mentor staff. The role is a track to Managing Director. Responsibilities Conduct business development activities to identify, source and introduce potential clients for M&A and capital raising assignments. Participate in the preparation of client materials describing business, market positioning and financial condition. Identify potential buyers and investors and initiate contact on behalf of clients. Energy Investment Banking Vice President The role focuses on the Extractive Energy practice, particularly oil field services. The Vice President will lead transaction execution and new business development, progressing toward a Director track.
