Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

What You'll Do

Provide skilled occupational therapy services for inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing patient populations
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Manage a caseload independently within assigned departments
Support patients recovering from surgeries, trauma, neurological conditions, and complex medical issues
Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems (Meditech Expanse, Wellsky, AOD)
Contribute to maintaining a safe, positive, and professional environment

What You Need

Current Louisiana OT license
1+ years of experience in acute, inpatient rehab, or outpatient settings
Willingness to assist with ADLs and manage a caseload independently
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of EMR systems (Meditech Expanse, Wellsky, AOD)
