Responsibilities: - Perform baseline testing for assigned products and accurately document item condition, specifications, and functionalities.
- Identify and change out essential components such as RAM, graphics cards, and hard drives to defined standards to meet project or customer needs.
- Navigate BIOS systems and designate boot sequences to run and verify system settings and functionalities.
- Test and reset a variety of consumer electronics, including smartphones, smart devices, car stereos, soundbars, and speakers.
- Maintain productivity and turnaround of devices in a timely and professional manner.
