Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU Level IV – Wisconsin

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Wisconsin

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am), Monday through Friday with 2-3 weekend shifts per 6-week scheduling period. Patient ratio typically 1:3.

• Work with nationally recognized pediatric specialists and advanced technology including multiple ventilator modes, whole body cooling, and NAVA ventilation
• Epic charting system with 24 hours of orientation provided
• Magnet-designated facility with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and social services

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years total NICU Level III/IV experience required
• At least 1 full year of Level IV NICU experience required (hard stop)
• Experience with post-operative patients, g-tubes, trach/vent management, and various modes of invasive/noninvasive ventilation
• Active RN license (compact state accepted) or Wisconsin RN license
• BLS and NRP certifications required (AHA only); PALS preferred
• Previous travel experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must pass telemetry exam with strict passing criteria prior to start
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
• Willingness to float to pediatric units caring for patients less than 12 months of age, including PICU
