Registered Nurse - PerioperativeThe Registered Nurse will provide exceptional patient care in the perioperative setting. This position does not require on-call, holiday, night, or weekend shifts, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. The ideal candidate will bring advanced experience in clinical technology and strong leadership skills to enhance the surgical caseload.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage patient care during surgical procedures.Utilize advanced clinical technology to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Lead and mentor nursing staff in adherence to AORN standards and practice recommendations.Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure efficient workflow in the operating room.Monitor and evaluate patient responses to surgical interventions.ScheduleThis position offers a schedule of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureACLS & BLS certifications required.CNOR certification preferred.3-5 years of proven perioperative experience.3-5 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting with quantifiable accomplishments.Advanced level experience in current clinical technology and practical knowledge of information technology.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
