Internal Medicine physician job in Kentucky :

A health services network in Kentucky is actively seeking a licensed Primary Care Physician in Louisville to provide comprehensive outpatient care to an older adult patient population in a collaborative clinical setting.

About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: Standard business hours
Setting: Outpatient clinical setting

Responsibilities:

Provide primary care services to adult patients, with a focus on the 55+ population
Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 20 to 22 patients
Diagnose, treat, and monitor common acute and chronic conditions
Coordinate care with the site medical director and other clinical team members
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a team-based outpatient environment

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree
Active medical license in Kentucky
Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
Recent clinical practice experience within the last year

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
