Inside Sales Agent

Overview Semper Home Loans is hiring a driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to power our growth. You’ll be cold-calling, booking appointments, and generating leads to connect our loan officers with new clients and realtor partners. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls daily to prospects and referral partners. Book qualified appointments for loan officers. Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up. Track activity in CRM to keep pipeline organized. Experience We’re Looking For 1+ year in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling. Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills. Self-motivated with proven ability to hit call/appointment targets. Mortgage or real estate industry experience a plus. Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission potential.
