Adaptive Home Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide skilled visits in patients' homes across Detroit and surrounding areas under the supervision of an OT. You will deliver ADLs/IADLs, safety training, and adaptive equipment instruction while documenting progress and coordinating with the care team.
