As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be out in the field, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment at different customer sites, ensuring no two days are the same. Customer-Facing Role: Use your communication skills! You’ll interact directly with customers, providing high-quality service, and ensuring satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field. Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions. Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region. What We're Looking For in a Maintenance Technician: Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset. Technical aptitude with a desire to learn – we will train you! Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
