Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience, technical ability, and skill level + monthly spiffs and bonus opportunities

About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Installation Technician, you will install residential heating and cooling equipment while maintaining high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. You will work alongside experienced team members and leadership to complete quality installations that meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable code requirements. Depending on experience level, responsibilities may range from assisting with installations to independently completing full residential system replacements.

What You'll Do
Arrive prepared and on time to scheduled job sites. Install residential HVAC systems according to approved customer scope and company standards. Seal ductwork, PVC drain lines, and related components to code requirements. Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the installation process. Communicate equipment concerns, job-site updates, and installation challenges to leadership. Follow established installation procedures and take ownership of delivering quality work on every project.

What We're Looking For
This role is ideal for individuals who value craftsmanship, consistency, and long-term career growth. Previous HVAC installation experience is helpful but not required for entry-level candidates. Trade school graduates, mechanically inclined individuals, candidates with construction or hands-on technical experience, and experienced installers are encouraged to apply. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, professionalism, and attention to detail. A valid driver's license is preferred.
