Surgical Account Manager - Portland, OR

Medtronic seeks a Surgical Account Manager in Portland, Oregon to drive demand across surgical product portfolios including stapling, energy, and suture solutions. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and executing business reviews to expand market adoption in a remote-based, territory-focused position.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across stapling, energy, suture, electrosurgery, and access product portfolios
• Develop and execute account-level contractual strategies and optimize category expansion
• Lead quarterly customer business reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders and key opinion leaders
• Serve as main point of contact across multiple internal MDT teams and field distribution partners

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 6+ years relevant sales or clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare
• Or associate degree plus 4+ years relevant medical device or healthcare experience
• Or bachelor's degree plus 2+ years relevant medical device or healthcare experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to reside within 50 miles of Portland territory
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information
