Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: CT Scanner Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:30 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience License: ARRT preferred Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Active ARRT Certification - Valid state license for CT Description: The CT Tech will perform CT scans as directed by the medical team. They will ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures. The tech will maintain and operate the CT scanner. They will work collaboratively with radiologists and healthcare staff. Documentation and record-keeping of scan results will be required. The role requires a strong understanding of CT protocols and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The CT Tech must adhere to all safety and health regulations. They will also be responsible for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Commitment to ongoing education and skills development is important.
